I decided to revamp my primary antagonist, Ryoken Kurogane into the form you see now. While I was pretty happy with the original Ryoken's design, the character itself did not fit my new vision of the story. As I said on Feerocomics original upload, the first variation of Ryoken was far too much of a stereotypical anime villain for my liking. For this new version of my tale, I wanted Ryoken to invoke more of a traditional comic book villain, a man who does horrible things to achieve what he believes are just goals.Naturally as you can all see, he is now even more heavily inspired by Doctor Octopus than he was before, and that's intentional. Doc Ock, in most any variation, is my favorite villain of all time, so it was only natural for him to be a huge inspiration for my own works. I know other people will likely knock me and Ryoken for this design choice, but as I've stated before, I love having my inspirations be obvious. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery after all.
