I haven't mentioned it yet, but I fucking LOVED Lady Nagant the moment Horikoshi properly introduced her in the manga. In addition to being an absolutely gorgeous woman, I have a serious thing for women who are snipers, so she literally ticked off every box for me. I'm glad that Horikoshi decided not to kill her off, as I have a lot of things I would like to do with her in my story. I know it's just fanfiction but I like to stay as true to canon as possible.

Slight SPOILERS for the MHA manga, but Lady Nagant kinda... blew the fuck up, but was somehow still in one piece and able to speak afterwards, so I tried to capture that via a few massive burn marks on her body. Just as reference, this takes place just a little before my story starts, roughly 7-8 years after the current events of canon (MHA chapter 324, for future readers).

Anyway, as for the picture. Those plans I mentioned? Well, they're mine and Legion's by extension, as he is not one to pass up the opportunity to recruit new talent for his organization. In addition to treating some of her more long term damage from the explosion, Legion has also upgraded her rifle arm, and made it to where it can now enter a "full-auto" mode in which she can fire the gun more like an assault rifle (using specialized ammunition that she can craft from her hair before hand), in addition to her more traditional sniper rifle form. Helps give her some additional firepower should things on a mission go south.

Still not sure if I'll have her keep the Air Walk Quirk, we'll see.

Lady Nagant may have started to revert from her villainous ways after her encounter with Deku, but I don't think a change like this can occur out of the blue, and Nagant likely still harbors guilt over her prior actions. How Legion will win her over to his side fully, however, remains to be seen.
