I like the concept but the placement of the type is bothering me. I feel like the image itself is so bold, but then the type is just added because it needs to be. I would play around with its positioning and maybe the size of the logo on the bottom.

I used a simple "bubble brush" in photoshop, using multiple sizes and transperences over a simple "blue/white gradient" background, fused with an underwater photograph.
The shape and tone of the bottle was acheived using a drawing of the bottle in a hidden layer, that was later discarded.

lighting on the bubbles is not realistic.
it cant be identical.
framing and especially the use of Times font on your frame
