Cool. They're planning to do a reboot film of Spawn with Blumhouse, probably to be distributed by either Sony Pictures or Universal Studios. It's going be directed by the creator of Spawn, Todd McFarlane himself. Todd McFarlane planned this new Spawn movie to be R-rated unlike the theatrical version of the first movie in 1997 distributed by New Line Cinema. A PG-13 rating would be more commercial and family-oriented.
