In this scenario, Alexander never died young, and pushed towards India, the Balkans, the Caucasus and Africa. Featuring things like a surviving Roman Empire equivalent, an Athenian-led Hellenistic empire, a mixed Germanic-Celtic British Empire equivalent, a surviving Celtiberian state who becomes an Empire replacing Spain and Portugal from our world, a Macedonian state who thinks it inherits Alexander's Empire but no one cares like the whole Roman-Byzantine ordeal, a massive Japanese empire over Asia, a former Roman colony who became independent and became something like a fascist Latin version of the USA, a Slavic state who aside from taking Russia's place in our world, it happens to be eugenicizing its population to Nazi-like proportions and a Persian state who controls Arabia.
