Shining Force for the Sega Genesis, basically dumb villain muscle guarding the ship harbor, supposedly a beast tamer or dragon tamer, turns out to be a cowardly bully when beat.And... that's basically it. He's just supposed to be a 'scary' beast controller with savage looking equipment. Very dull, very boring. Maybe a more extensive backstory would have made him more interesting, but he's killed off, and I really don't think anyone misses him.
