No, I haven't forgotten about the Fuzz Academy. The website is coming along steadily and should be operational some time over the summer. (The preview image is what this picture will actually look like on the main page; the full view will show you a larger copy of the island.)

Welcome to the Fuzz Academy, an institution of higher learning dedicated to mammals with fur. Here at the Fuzz Academy, we specialize in training young polar bears, pandas, cats, foxes, dogs, and other species to thrive in their natural habitats. We also offer additional Majors in espionage, species warfare, human domination, and a wide assortment of Minors such as human picnic sabotage, fish, and trash cans.

Admissions to the Fuzz Academy are highly competitive. We do not accept species that do not have a developed nervous system. This includes bacteria, fungus, single-celled organisms, fish, reptiles, etc. We highly encourage mammals with fur to apply because we think they are cute. This is not an equal opportunity university.

(Once the site is more established, you'll be able to log on and create your own mammal, in a similar fashion to Neopets and Gaia Online....and then you'll be able to put it through the quirky and hopefully fun college courses mentioned above and let it graduate with a degree. Mammals will be designed after the fashion of my chubby bears, such as [link] and [link] . There will be games and Flash movies eventually as well, a news section similar to The Onion, forums, artwork, contests, and various other things. It won't be interactive when it first opens, but it'll still be fun to browse through. )
