But as Rosie grinned and petted the other Blitzle in the pen, the little Blitzle came closer and closer, when, finally, her teeth closed on Rosie's silk scarf. How could Rosie say no, to an animal who could admire a lovely accessory. After Rosie helped the Blitzle wrap her scarf around its neck and head she had warmed up quite a lot towards Rosie, And Rosie had made her decision on who she would be entering in the Race.
