Sometimes when you're an artist, it's not wrong to go back to your old routes, just to prove to yourself that you're still capable of doing what got yourself attention to begin with. For me, it's proving I'm still able to draw 3/4 shots by hand. Well That and it's a nice little way to get back into locomotive drawing. NVR's been calling my name once again. While my art ain't anywhere near as good as it used to, other people seem to find value in it. Which is nice. The railways commissioned me for a few £££ to give them some "colour me in" drawings. Here's one of them.

Personally I'm quite happy how the steam effects have come out in this and the driver...!

Not to worry. Sodor Scenarios and some more Thoshima stuff will be coming along shortly.
