Description
This is Cee, a character belonging to who has a ton of interesting OC's, go check his stuff out. I thought I'd take a stab at drawing the big lug... unfortunately I ran out of space (because I am drawing on paper after all) and couldn't finish his feet!Oh, well... hopefully I did alright! If not, forgive me, Big--Cee ! Also, I wasn't sure if he smoked a cigar or not... it just seemed to fit!
