Very nice B&W conversion, is the lens flare real? It looks slightly fake, but that may just be because of the processing.
Composition is also good, though the missing tip of the little finger does get me slightly!

It did get kind of artificial looking in processing, but it was present in the original image. Shooting indirectly into the sun is always an adventure!
Didn't even notice the fingertip actually, maybe next time.
