Sleet's a character from my comic, He's notorious for his style and ambivalent attitude towards everyone around him.this was more of a costume design piece than anything, with a photo tossed in back for atmosphere

thanks I definitely need to redo his skin. I slacked off cuz it was more of a fashion sketch than anything else. isnt his jacket lovely tho?
