Description Here's another Star Trails photo I did from my office window in my new house. I live near an airport so I had to do a bit of cloning out of the airplane trails. It was a busy night!

This one turned out to be only 295 decent shots, I didn't have the tripod solid on the floor and it jerked during a few of the shots.

This is another one I did as I slept.

It's put together with the Star Trails program from 295 shots.

Here's the math:

1 hour and 57 minutes.

295 shots at 15 seconds each with 10 seconds between each shot.

That looks great. I love taking shots like this. It sucks when it's cold out though! My last one was 214 shots, 30s each. What ISO did you use for your shots?

Thank you!

ISO was at 200. I didn't know how to change it on my Nikon D300 until just recently. 200 is the default LOL!

I did this one through my office window with all the lights out as I slept nice and warm in the bedroom LOL!

Thank you!

I'm trying to put together a pan shot right now. Hard to do since I need cloudless nights for good shots.

Thank you!

I just did the math ... that's a 1 hour 57 minute shot.

295 shots at 15 seconds each with 10 seconds between each shot.

Does that add up?
