In my headcanon, Shino's (and every other Aburame's, to be exact) eyes are completely black - no whites, no pupils, just... an endless darkness. I think it'd be a cool reason to wear the glasses all the time; and it's cute to imagine that the whole Team Eight has weird eyes.
