This is a pretty deep one, for sure. o.o It really sparks a lot in my mind right now, and the thought it provokes.
In the end, we could only trust ourselves. Our parents, friends, and other people that may care are there, or may be there for us, but once they are gone, there's only one that we could rely on, No?

It's a way to see it..
This one's more about how society mainly (maybe family & friends too), think they know what's best for one person, but it turns out the person is suffering. That's why the hands try to 'fix' her, so that she will follow the norm.
But true, you can only ever trust yourself in the end : )

Well, that's how things mostly work, depending on the societal norms we are accustomed to.
That's very true in most cases. People tend to correct us when we do or act something that isn't
standardized by our society, hence, correcting us to act normal. I like the style and way you visualized it,
really leaves a lot of thinking left to the viewers, hands down! *runs away after bad pun*
