Fun fact: Sonic was poking fun of Knuckles' theme song from Adventure and Adventure 2, "Unknown from M.E." It's supposed to be an inside joke as to how most fans don't like the song.

Silly Knuckles, you can't just go and beat those guys up. First you have to beat up 6 or 8 robot masters, then fight 3 or 4 other more creative robot like things, then all 6 or 8 robot masters one more time, THEN you can fight Wiley and Eggman...but they will be giant vehicles that will take a while to defeat.
