very good but i think it could use a touch more blue around the edge of her eyes otherwise spot on

i think it is pretty good. you should pay more attention to some aspects, though. the neck seems to be totally flat, no roundness what so ever, the blouse does not cast any shadows on the skin, therefore making it look fake, the pattern on the blouse does not turn with the volume of the blouse, arms lack volume due to the lack of shadow that show the form turning, on the outside "edges". the ear seems to be unfinished, for the anatomy of it is not present. no helix, anti-helix, etc. the chin seems to be too pointy, and adds a evil/witch look to the character (triangles are usually associated with evil things). color needs a bit of improvement in terms of color variation and contrasts. try using some complementary colors on the light vs the dark areas of skin.
keep up a hard working pace, and you'll get very good in no time.

wow thanks for this long comment. It just took me so long to get here and I guess I just wanted to finish it, but I think you're so right, especially on the arms and the shadows on the neck. Maybe I'll work on that piece again later to improve all those things. thanks for the many tips, I really appreciate it!
