Hmmm... would have expected something more akin to a giant Solrock wrapped in light or something rather than another dinosaur-oid.

a weakness to light is dark and ground. because dark is an oppisite to light and the ground shades you from light

DarthDemolsis In reply to mssingno [2011-05-29 01:32:30 +0000 UTC]
So it's both strong and weak against dark?
You could try Rock or Steel.

mssingno In reply to DarthDemolsis [2011-05-29 01:55:01 +0000 UTC]
yup
i could, rock is a pretty good attacking type already, but steel might work

Never mind, scrap that, I DID come up with an interesting idea for type match ups. What say we make Light and Dark both weak towards each other, so as a symbol that both Light and Darkness never truly reign over each other forever, they are always in a constant battle for control that's as old as time itself?

hmm... I'm wondering, since the last part of its name is based off of the word "Deus", will its name be pronounced "Soh-Ler-oo-soo" (not good with typing pronunciation guides. sorry), since Deus is pronounced "Day-oo-soo"?

mssingno In reply to krourou2 [2011-03-05 02:28:39 +0000 UTC]
that would be the japanese pronunciation
"s" isnt a syllable in japanese, so they use "su" on the end instead

well someone`s cranky
not a lot of people realize that the japanese language is built around syllables, usually ending words with an "extra" vowel at the end, alright?
and look at you
"learning" latin words from anime
you're really in no place to be using sarcasm like that
there was really no reason for that response
i weep for humanity
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
krourou2 In reply to mssingno [2011-03-05 05:52:53 +0000 UTC]
It's not sarcasm. I was being serious. But apparently, you seem to have misunderstood my meaning, and jumped to conclusions. I'm terribly sorry that it seemed sarcastic. It really wasn't meant to come across that way.
Hey, I learn a lot of things from anime! I've actually learned several words in Japanese, and what they mean. Anime is my primary resource when it comes to learning languages, and I'm proud to be able to admit such a thing without hesitation!
Yeah, I weep for humanity, but for a different reason; here we are, blowing each other up, claiming it's for "peace". How is slaughtering people peace? I know the outcome could be worse if we don't do it, but... What about the casualties on the homefront? How are we stopping THEM?
I also weep for the drug addicts who suffer from serious conditions because of them, and people with other disorders such as forms of autism more serious than my case. I weep because people sell cigarettes to make a quick buck, and yet we've known the side-effects for years now. Because so many people commit suicide, and nobody tries to step in and stop them. I weep because in the end, a lot of this could have been avoided. And yet, I'm thankful for people like the company who makes the Shards O' Glass commercials, and the band Superchic for their part in a massive anti-suicide movement.
Our world is in chaos, and yet we put it back together, looking forward to a brighter future.

were you actually being serious before?

krourou2 In reply to mssingno [2011-03-05 07:56:53 +0000 UTC]
You mean the comment before the previous one? Yes, plenty serious. Compared to me, you're quick-witted and bright; the sharpest crayon in the box, and the most colorful. Me? Probably half sharp, half dull. I'm a little slow sometimes, but I honestly mean well. I'm so sorry that it seemed sarcastic; it was meant to be in a tone a young child would use. I tend to switch between that, a random streak, politeness, and thoughtfulness. I'm a very emotional person, and I don't think very far ahead, which can lead to trouble.
