Description Well the story behind this is pretty strange, this little guy was hiding on a sunflower and I wouldn't have noticed it at first but after taking a closer look at the flower I saw the "leaf" moving... Well it was no leaf at all

-Again my new Flashlight provides good lighting I think.

how did you get the flash to triguer from the rigth side of the picture if you have a sb400 that doesnt tilt or swivel its head? I was wondering if buying one because i lust for the sb800.

It CAN tilt its head up and down

Plus I didn't need to in this picture anyway. It's really great at macro, because it lights up a huge amount of space at once, even if you're pretty close to your subject.

yeah, and frightening too by the look of that bug ^^

Though it wasn't really aggressive and happy to chill out on the sunflower ^^

Whoa! That is awesome. I saw a leaf bug (if that's the right name) and it was bright green colour.

No prooblem and I bet you were! I need to keep my eye out for more insects. May I ask what kind of a camera you use?

It's in the description ^^ A Nikon D60 with the sigma 70-300 Apo lens with the Canon 500D Close Up Lens(a high grade +2 diopter Apochromat). The good think about that combination is the working distance of 50cm, which is at max magnification of around 1,3:1 (like what I did in that pic here).

The good thing about it is, that my small SB400 Flashlight can light up everything in focus that way and it does great, would you guess that little beast was actually in the shade?
