huh, what? Is it blurred?! lol No, I'm kidding.. The intention was to enhance the main subject and color contrast between bright yellow and deeper blue..

i like it but it blurs out the red tree's further down the walkway,and I think those make it look cooler, i guess it's all in the eye of the beholder(or beer holder,whichever floats ur boat lol)....

well, I saw both versions while post-processing and I felt the background blur will look better. When editing shots, no matter if tuning curves, color, blur, noise, whatever.. I usually perform the edit and compare the result to the previous view and if I feel it hepls, I let it so...

But you may be right and I could have had 1000 favs if I wouldn't have blurred it (damn conditionals! do you copy?) but it wouldn't be me then...

I think that's cool! I respect your decision! I was just making a comment, wondering why you didn't do it the other way, you know? I think it's cool that you'd rather do it your way and be happy with it yourself than to please tons of people and not be happy with your own work. That's really admirable!

not admirable... I just wanted to say I do appreciate other people's comments and opinions - it allows me look at it in a different way, in their way, which is great! I just keep the right to do it ...my way
