First off, the color scheme of this dress is classic. Red dresses are wonderful, and it just goes perfect with that bronze/gold. I love how you can see black in the bronze as well. It gives a somewhat antique feel without sacrificing the elegance of the dress.
Starting from the top, now, I'm looking at the design as a whole. The beads connected to the neckline are a great touch. They not only match the metallic fabric, but they also accessorize the dress. Often it is hard to find a necklace that goes right with a dress, but with this, you've eliminated that problem. The sweetheart neckline is perfect for this dress. I also really like the layering and folds in the bodice. The way the material comes out from under the folds for the red fabric and layers over the bronze is also very pretty.
Now, for the criticism: I feel like the black ribbon takes away from the bodice of the dress. It doesn't quite go with the other colors, and doesn't really fall where the natural waistline appears to be with this cut of dress. If you look by the model's hip, you have a natural line where the ribbon could fall quite nicely. I think if the ribbon was either the same color as the bronze material, at this natural waistline, or even not there, it would make the dress much nicer.
All in all, this is a very well done design. If it was an actual dress, I would definitely wear it. Great job! (Sorry for the text block!)
