If I had the capacity to make cosplays, the one Marvel character I'd cosplay is either Tony Stark (I got similar facial hair XD) or Commander Rann from the Micronauts (anyone Remember Marvel's version of the Micronauts?)

Sure I bought a mesh airsoft mask from ebay and modified it. Because I don't have a man-face and these masks are pretty big (for man-faces) I had to cut and bend the bottom of the mask so it actually fit under my chin, and I also cut the very top either side of the nose so it all sat properly. I bought 'scuba knit' in the grey (it's not neoprene, but it sort of looks scuba-like? It was labelled as 'scuba knit') and I had some black fabric at home already. The nose piece is just cut from craft foam - I scored and cut the details in. Here's a close up pic of the mask on my tumblrΒ mudg3t.tumblr.com/post/8105155…

I will probably end up upgrading to a mask more screen accurate at some stage, especially now that there are better ref pics available to work from. It does get awfully stuffy under the mask too (particularly inside convention halls). You may be able to use a lighter fabric that breathes better. But, it did the trick for what I needed. I hope it's helpful anyway
