Yes I saw the game's huge mermaids and made them. The wide stone plate on her neck is the setting that she will be used as the altar of consciousness when she is asleep.

That would be Echidna, the mother of all monsters (including Hydra and the Gorgons in the Hyginus version).
Echidna was described as a huge Lamia with large snakes for hair, and possess four armsΒ in certain versions.
And I must say, she looks absolutely gorgeous.

It's gorgon, the creature is gorgon. That's what Medusa is, and that's what this one is

this seems to be a hybid of a Lamia and a Hydra as she is gigantic (compared to the pillar next to her)
Gorgones are the same size as the other lamias just with snake hair.
