I may not be the greatest daughter, sister, friend, girlfriend, inspiration or role model ever but damn you guys are pretty great to me. Truth be told, i don't actually have "friends" i go and hang out with offline. Part of it being my fault as I've learned I'm very good and quick to push people away, but its only because i don't want to get hurt and i find it easier being in my own personal mind, alone and where im not judged or made fun of or whatever. I see my family getting more and more distant from me, but its really i who's allowing it to happen.
But i am honestly my biggest fear and its very hard to sleep at night without crying about one thing or another, or waking up in a pool of sweat. I wonder if my ultimate dream of being an "artist" or "animator" will come to light, but i look at my art and then others and all i see is garbage. Making that decision to post art on the internet for the first time during elementary school (because my schoolmates had considered me the "weird kid who draws in the back of the room") was one of the greatest decisions of my life. Although i dont particularly care for deviantart as a site, I've met a lot of people here who has inspired me more than anything. And getting those favorites and amazing comments mean so much to me. I wish there was more i could do or say than "thank you" or drawing some shitty picture because i truly mean one hundred times more than that.
And don't even get me started on gift art i recieve. It always brings me to tears and i love showing that shit off ff<3 Without support, i really don't think i could've gone this long with my art, so, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. c:
