One of the things that convinced me to switch to pastel pencils, from oil pastels, is the difficulty of capturing eyes when they're done on a relatively small scale. It wasn't the trophy, or the bike, that gave me the greatest headaches on this scene depicting Marlon Brando in his classic "The Wild One" role, it was his eyes, each less than 1/2' wide, in my original.
