8D Hehe, Oh I just love the name game, for Avatar, there's a few guidelines to help
Air: Bouncy names, use lot of -ng sounds (Yang Chen, Lien, Aang, Aroon, Genji) and for elders, use Indu names (Gyatso, Pathik )
Fire: These names you can cheat and just check Chinese/Japanese dictionaries 
Water Tribe: All time favourite. Here it's mostly using three-two syllales with vowels in each one, and it uses lott of K's, A's, O's (Katara, Akkoh, Ukiak, Nakuta, Sokka, Hakoda, Bato, Taka, Pakku) Very rarely do they use soft sounding names (Yue, Yugoda) check Inuit culture
Earth: Haha, once again, cheat, you can look for names from Vietnam or China (Hien, Meng, Cheung)

Ursa, I'm unsure, really, but Mai is easyly encountered in the Japanese culture, and Ty Lee was just the original creators playing with syllables usually found in the Chinese namelist until they found something they liked

Those options were open to a regular earth bender though Daichi isn't regular by all means now is he,he's a blind earthbender who uses mixed fighting styles of earth and air and the fact that practically,all siblings in any form of shows,dramas or ortherwise tend to throw themselves in front of their endangered loved ones to be human shields.
