Great design but is there a way to scale it up? It looks a bit too small on my screen (I'm using the triangular design, number 3). It just seems like it would look better if it was a bit bigger

I have just answered someone with the same question, so here is the answer.
To resize these skins, you have to do some edits in the code. generally, you will need to change only the X, Y, W, H attributes.
however, these skins depends on images. So, the resolution may be affected by the resize :\ , it depends.

I've managed to resize the bar, day and time but I can't find how to resize the triangle. is there some extra code I need to add or do I have to replace the image myself?

I will check it's code tomorrow.
If you want a fast solution, go to the main folder for this skin : Documents/rainmeter/skins/RawTime/@ resources/images
And find the image used in the skin you want to resize. Check it's original hight and width from proparties.
And then go to the code, try to find where it is used ( line of code like this : ImageName=....
And there add these:
W=ADD DOUBLE VALUE OF ORIGINAL WIDTH
H=ADD DOUBLE VALUE OF ORIGINAL HIGHT
change values untill you have the desired size.
Or wait untill I can access my laptop and I will help you. Hehe
