ALLIEGIENCE: Decepticon

FUNCTION: Defense Warrior

BIO: With an intimidating presence, Sparetire is a large and heavyset Transformer that carries herself with a warrior’s seriousness. Tending not to speak much, she is seen by many as a metal barrier—and just as charismatic as one. Sparetire prefers to choose her words carefully, which depending on who you ask makes her needlessly serious or lacking in any knowledge that isn’t defensive tactics. Sparetire admits she’s not a leader and doesn’t want that sort of attention—content to do the commands of others with her trademark strength. Stoic and loyal, Sparetire may not be first into battle, but she’s last to retreat.

ABILITIES: Sparetire has exceptionally strong armor plating, and it takes a lot to make even a glancing blow to her. Her body is large and powerful, and she has incredible physical strength. On top of this, her weapon of choice is an energon powered bladed shield—a weapon that strengthens her already great defensive ability. Despite appearances, it also can also fire energy bolts making it both a melee and ranged weapon alike. In truck mode, she can accelerate to a high top speed and be a powerful battering ram on wheels.

WEAKNESSES: Sparetire is very deliberate in her thinking and as such has trouble with improvisation and a change of plans. Forcing her to change her strategies on the fly is an easy way to get her out of her element. Her vehicle mode is built for smooth streets and highways, and the low ground clearance her truck mode has ill suits for anything offroad.

Here comes the muscle! Maybe not a muscle car, but a powerful Decepticon warrior that has the physical might to stand up to any Autobot threat. More than just the "dumb goon", I wanted Sparetire to be easily identifiable as a capable character in her own right, and I feel her design accomplishes that. Something this image fails to convey is her sheer size: She's more on the level of Overhang than she is the cars, and towers over them! Don't get on her bad side!
