Well i don't think Dio would be okay with being dominated by anyone. And letting herself being dominated isn't something Sakuya would do either, especially not if there's a huge gap of power between them.
But if Dio does, then it's the end. He won. If Sakuya is on his side, there's literally nothing the Stardust Crusaders can do to stop her.
