EDIT - shading done XDshe is like 5 1 or 5 2 and so counting in the heels and the hat i added about a foot on to her XD dang pixels XD and don't forget the extra space lol so yeah she is a 5 2 girl
well here is my Monet for the Moulin Mutant thingy XD ~Moulin-Mutant she is a french maid
i have never really used a transparent BG before...this could take some experimenting XD

i like how you put the yellow in with the blacks and whites... the ruffles and the feather are good touches to the Moulin Mutant feel.

Well the moulin rouge was more cancan than burlesque. Like, that's what it's famous for. I think doing a cancan outfit is way more of a challenge, and hella cooler looking in the end. Like, classy sexy instead of im-not-wearing-anything sexy. xDDD
