Personality: Very detached from people, and is very observant. He bares nothing of himself, but would rather get in to another person's mind by means of reading their fortunes.

History: Sati is a fortune teller who travels from city to city. His travels have currently lead him to Ashbriar. He eviscerates doves to tell fortunes, and dresses in that fashion to attract customers. Most people see him as an eccentric, but his readings have always been accurate, especially those that concern the person's state of mind. Not much is known about his past or where he comes from as he never stays in one place for a prolonged period of time.

He has a tattoo on the palm of his left hand

He hates being touched
