Here's the second surprise video I promised. This is a theme song I made for my Astro Heroes couple, The Beauty and The Warrior. I composed it myself and created the tunes with Online Sequencer: onlinesequencer.net/
For The Beauty, I chose an Acoustic Guitar - it really sounded fitting for her - and 96 BPM - because of her year of birth, 1996 -, for The Warrior, I chose a Trombone - which sounded fitting for him - and 98 BPM - because of his year of birth, 1998. In the last stanza, both can be heard together.
As for the melody, I pulled a real Hans Zimmer here... I took the notes from "Beauty and the Beast" - out of a piano tutorial I found here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=M5JrKl… - and reversed them, but I didn't simply play the whole song backwards. In each verse, I doubled the first (or rather last?) note, and I tried to match the melodies with my poem. Some of the notes are played in the background, with a "Vibraphone" sound and 97 BPM, but slowed down.
The lyrics were also written by me, a while ago already, in a poem (with illustration) you can find here: Poem: The Beauty and The Warrior Fall in Love
The fonts I used here are the same as in their respective Birthday videos, like I explained here: Astro Heroes: Surprise Video 01
It was quite a lot of work, but I love how it turned out, and I think I really did them and their respective represented planets, Venus and Mars, justice with this musical theme. I do hope you like it, too.
