actually German names are pretty average, they just sound nerdy or are really rare (because they sound pretty embarrassing).
Felix, Viktor, Benedikt, Erich(Erik), Frauke means Little Lady but I like the way the name sounds.

I might just use a normal word translated into German. I don't have a lot of words in my speech yet in german that i know how to use because i'm still learning, but there are a few i like. i was considering Kreide which is 'chalk' in german. but then i would have 3 characters named after chalk. xD

it's actually pretty cool (well to me) that you have a few characters name after chalk. c: Kreide sounds really awesome and interesting. Viktor is a pretty common name compared to Kriede. I would go with that, but it is entirely up to you. ^^
