Personality ::: Top-hat Man takes the vague term 'tall and dark' to an entirely new level. Known for his enigmatic silence, he is the type of man to watch the creatures around him, and use the information he gathered to his benefit. Tactics are his strong-suit, for for he doesn't require much physical strength when he can simply out maneuver his opponent easily.
Fighting ::: Almost all of Top-hat Man's strength is far-ranged. He is capable of hitting a target from fifty feet away, with the pistol built into his cane, and only shoots to kill. Using a tactical mind, he's capable of manipulating his enemies into position where the only escape is through the barrel of his gun.

A very lovely and wonderfully constructed concept sheet of one of your characters. I think what you have shown in the variety of character design, posture, colour and the overall appearance is strong and in ways gives me the impression that this character has many potentials. I think if you keep working with this character you will have something not only something strong around your skirt, but something that people will remember for years to come.

Totally awesome. I love his lanky appearance and kind of macabre vibe he gives off. He looks like he would really enjoy killing people... theatrically. He designed simply yet has a ton of character built into his look. Awesome job! Keep up the great work!
