I've been thinking to reinterpret or trying to make an alternative for some designs, mainly 2p England. Also reinterpretating 2p Romano soon.

He wears a vest still but no coat-tails like the first version: fav.me/ddbnnxv but wears suspenders. Instead of pink I went for a peach colour [or similar to his hair colour] with the light blue but also trying to make sure the colours don't clash. To which, I still kept it in the pastel aesthetic. I attempted to make his hair somewhat different yet still the same hair colour. Moreover adding freckles but very faint.

Very short/brief information:
Name: Charles Oliver Kirkland
**but he's called Oliver majority of the time.
He is optimistic, compassionate, creative and lively but he is also portrayed to be very quirky at times yet charming. Nevertheless, he is rather interested in problem solving in issues and puzzles but keeps an open-mind to various ideas as he likes to challenge himself at times. Others think he's a rather odd person however he is unfazed by it.
