Very colorful,how did you outline this?Did you just outline it by hand or use a process/shortcut in photoshop and then fill it in with white?

I did the entire picture in SAI. I selected all of the main figure and applied the "increase selection by 1 pixel" option about twenty times(SAI has no better way orz), then filled with white, yes.

I colored this with Paint Tool SAI, but I recently switched to IllustStudio.
