Description My current WIP is a wolf drawing I'm making as a gift for a family member. I think this is the first time I've ever drawn a wolf. The fur is surprisingly complex!
Assorted grey pencil colors are mainly being used for this pic.
11 x 14" Bristol smooth paper.

Probably move this to scraps later.

There's plenty of great tutorials around here for drawing fur and wolves. I would just be repeating them.

Lots of short pencil strokes. Almost like you are drawing each strand of fur.

What type of white pencil you use? when I tried to use white on pencil I got gray

Prismacolor white pencil. It doesn't work that great over other colors other than to lighten them so you have to plan ahead.
