Nice curls you have there. The slightly parted lips works, and I find it interesting that the side edge of the face is visible instead of being completely hidden by hair.

About 12 minutes... I stopped at 350 samples because I didn't have enough time.
It's rendered (as always) in 2.400 x 1.800 px, path-tracing, single light HDRI.
The skin shaders are from redspec (tgx) but I've slightly modified them. The SSS-shareds for the hair are still "beta".
