No idea of what it effectively means, but I appreciate the hint nonetheless.

Great render.
The fog/cloud You rendered also as an object? (I see the shadows on the cloud, for sure is rendered)
I know, in Octane 3 is the possibilitie to render smokes, clouds, fires, altough for Poser (I have no any other software to compose the scene) formats for these object are unavailable. Tell me please, is the rendering time significant longer with these objects like a cloud?

Thank you.
The clouds are a 3D-object; I've used a free vdb-file (www.youtube.com/watch?v=H0q09I⦠) - you'll find a link on that youtube-page.
It's easy to make clouds in Houdini and export them as a vdb - you even can convert objects to clouds in Houdini and after that you can import them in octane (import -> volume). You will have to play around with the settings a little bit in octane but it's easy to do. You can also add a emissive shader there.
I've stopped rendering in octane at 500 cycles after about 5 - 6 minutes (path tracing, 2.400 x 1.350 px)
