The character is from the same universe as this oneHe stepped out of the shadows, startling the youth who looked almost burdened in those layers of fine, gleaming feathers.
"Surely you were not thinking of leaving without a final farewell from me?" The man spread his hand across his crimson chest plate, his eyes dropped to the ivory marble floor, obvious hurt in his deep, gravelly voice.
The boy blinked, observing the man cautiously as his fingers idly traced over a hanging feather about his waist. He raised an eyebrow as he noticed the subtle curve of the man's lips, "I didn't think you barbarians were capable of understanding such manners." The boy's voice was smooth with a trace of malice.
The man looked up at the boy and widened his grin. He didn't seem to be offended by the insult.
