the result of a bored rainy afternoon 8)i drew all of this apart from the telephone text which i got off the video (: i havent done a gaga piece in a while, i hope you like it
oh and im probably going to be making a blackberry theme soon of gaga, how exciting.
edit. oh dear, i just realised i forgot to finish the headband X( fml.

how did you make the background blurry?
& what paint did you use?

i used a soft edged round brush for the background so it was drawn blurry (: but im sure you could get the same effect with blur tools, and i used photoshop 7.0 for it all
