I give a big freaking thanks to for coloring it so bad ass!Allow me to explain the rest, I was watching the game with my mom BF's on Sunday and well, you could say I got inspirated by watching them play. (It was 2 freaking hours long) so I felt the need to do this because I need to pratice more movement in my drawings. =/ So thus this came to be! Don't mind the crappy lines, just mind the coloring. It's better. XD

I love this picture, but I personally feel like this isn't drawn by you. From looking at your gallery and comparing this with your old and future illustrations, it just doesn't match up. Im not trying to be a jerk or say anything negative about your artwork, but theres a lot of things in this picture that your artwork lacks. If anything it looks like this was taken from a underground artist that no one really knew about.. How could someone go from this skill set to this "mynulet.deviantart.com/art/Mid⦠" during the same year? Again I'm not trying to be a jerk, I just don't appreciate people lying about their artwork and stealing from others. Not only does this not belong to you, but theres many illustrations in your gallery that jump back and forth in quality thats painfully obvious. I'm happy people got to see this piece of artwork, but claiming it as your's is just messed up man. Welp, my comments getting removed.

You do realize my friend color it right? The original piece is actually very rough and the designs were off wrong, my friend fix the drawing for me and color it. I had credit her for her design. Also I did state that I was watching the game with my mother ex when the inspiration came, I took to go online and see a bunch of different poses design and took one from google to try to mimic, i never once CLAIMED the pose in any piece of this. If you TOOK the time to read my description I would appreciate it.Β

I did read the description being making that comment, and it still doesn't add up. Even if you had a reference in front of your face the difference between this and your other pieces of artwork is just way to major. When I was around the "Midna and Link " skill set, using a reference didn't magically make me draw 10x better than I normally did. My skill set was still the same, just with help. Β It takes years to learn and understand human anatomy, and in this illustration there is a good understanding of it. In your gallery you have before and after submissions that were posted in between this and your quality drops MASSIVELY. If this was drawn by your friend I can completely understand that much more cause they seem to have a very good understanding of proportions.

As I said before, the original drawing was a mess, my friend did help by offering to clean it for me (which DID include her using her tablet to make changes) and color it for me because she liked the original idea behind it. I made no claims of taking anyone credit and it was clear I made credit due to HER for such a wonderful job. I clearly don't see why you have to come to my account just to simply point out something that was clearly obliviously.Β

It wasn't obvious at all! Do you honestly think I decided to go "Hey, I wanna make this person feel bad" ..? I'm not here for that, I just wanted to state my opinion because something seemed fishy to me. In the description you said NOTHING about your friend cleaning it up or fixing it, you said that you were inspired to practice better movement and she /colored/ it. Even in your reply's to other people's comments you've only stated that she colored it, not that she also /fixed/ it up. How was I supposed to know any of this missing information from your description?

Considering its 8 year old drawing, and the time I post this was more than excited to post something seem worthy considering I still can't color for the life of me, yeah. The credit still due, sorry I didn't got into SPECIFIC details over my younger day spazz because god forbid we can't have those can we? For the record, yeah, you kind of succeed in making at least me feel like utter crap. I am already aware the lack of artistic talents, and I understand positive criticize but at this point it was more merely attacking me.
Whenever or not your "intentions" were suppose to be for concern, I don't really appreciate being accused of stealing especially since its pretty clear as day i linked my friend account and even previously comment on others who liked the drawing saying it was all thanks to my friend for such a awesome job.

While the coloring does kinda steal the show a bit, the pose demonstrates great motion. Excellent piece.

This might just be the best Yuugi fanart I've seen in my life. The coloring just pops out at me, as does the figure. (Not to mention my favorite YGO DM + My Favorite sport = <333333)
