that never happen,Β Cuba, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines were filled with rebels from spain and the usa. it was the job of the usa to clean up the mess and fix it but that never happen since cuba didnt wanted to be part of the usa trade. thats where the mess started and thus the uneven trust between the usa and cuba until 2015.
