wow this is a really good traditional piece, so my critque is going to be more nit picky
to improve i'd say, firstly the head area, the hood kinda bothers me a bit, its bigger at the top and thins out a fair bit as it reaches the base, but maybe its supposed to look like that
the face, the chin maybe could come down just a tiny but more, but all looks good here
the hair is awesome, looks very realistic, some people like to do a few free strands to add to it though this is dependent on the artists tastes (as i dont do it myself)
and the clothes look really good, i think i'd practice with placing folds, like the ones down the back of the hood dont look entirely right, and some look a bit flat, though this can be solved by adjusting the lineart and shading a little
other than that its a really good piece and is more than i could do with a pencil

I have started to add strands over time, but I was just starting to do semi-realistic manga on this piece.
