Ice King is 3.75", or 4.5" including the crown. He's by far the heaviest AT character I've made.

Materials included sculpey clay, tin foil, acrylic paint, glaze, eye pins, superglue, and plastic rhinestones.

I know the gems in his crown aren't quite right, but the craft stores near me didn't have anything better.
