As usual she's made from sculpey clay, acrylic paint, glaze, eye pins, and this time a little wire in her neck.

Marceline is about 4.75" from head to toe. Sorry the photo is a little blurry, I'm not very good with cameras and for the life of me couldn't get it to focus on her face. But hey, you can see the texture on her hair really well
