Hometown Camphrier Town, KalosPersonality Evalina is a reserved and modest Fennekin. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but she will quickly open up to others if they are nice to her. She is kind, caring and a sweet natured individual. She can be a bit quiet when she wants to be alone and is generally the one who doesn't start up the conversation but she can keep the conversation going easily, if someone doesn't speak to her, she won't say a word. She has never raised her voice at anyone and plans to keep it that way. She would often keep to herself at times as well, either having her muzzle in a book or sketching out a new dress design. She is also very gentle and is never harsh or mean to anyone. She has yet to find her own voice, preferring to stand back and not get involved in anything. She isn't the bravest in the word, she prefers to stay away from anything that is even remotely dangerous but she is a bit of a sucker for little things, mainly young feral pokemon and she can't help herself but to help them when they are in need. She has a pure mind and heart and doesn't really understand the slang words teenagers use these days. She dislikes being in large crowds and the center of attention as well. She tends to get frustrated easily with unnecessary noise and works best in quiet environments.History
Evalina was born the youngest and only daughter to the Philips family within the quiet, and serene Camprier Town. She has two older brothers, her eldest brother Robert was her dad's son from a previous marriage who about 4 years, and her younger older brother Benjamin or Benji, about 3 years older than her.
Her famiy was pretty well off, with her dad working as a Software Designer and her mom as a fashion designer in Lumiose City. Evie loved living in Camphier and she would often read a book on the grass or watched the stars at night, enjoying the peace and serenity of the town. She and her brothers went to a private school in the bustling city, and she hated it, the city noise, the air, and the crowds, Evalina hated everything about the city. An yet she dealt with it because she new she had to, and soon her mother decided to bring her to city more often so that way Evie can follow in her footsteps towards fashion. At first, Evie hated going to the company because she hated the going to the city, but gradually though, the world of fashion began to grew on her and Evie dicovered her passion for designing dresses, and began to dream of becoming a dress designer. As the years passed Evie kept a simple routine between her school and fashion life keeping herself on the down low in student affairs. At school Evalina was an excellent student, she maintained an A average throughout her years, and the teachers loved her polite nature and kindness. During the first year in high school, the family decided that it would be best to move to a new city to start fresh in their companies and as luck would have it Evalina's parents recieved job offers from their company's branches in Castelia City, Unova. With that, the Phillips family moved to Castelia, and Evie did not like it one bit.
  As much as Evalina hated Lumiose she hated Castelia even more, everything bad about Lumiose was amplified ten fold in Castelia. To make matters worse she was flocked by many students in her new school, Castelia Prepatory Academy, and since she didn't have the courage to send them all away Evie forced herself to suck it up and answer their questions about her previous life. The next day Evie went to the main office to ask if a student could show her around and keep the crowds at bay and they agreed. The announcement was made and a student, a shiny Skitty by the name of Richard Sinclair was chosen to guide her. Richard or Ricky as he prefers, he was among the few gay students in the school, and he has a moderate degree of Klinefelter's Syndrome, which gave him a much more feminine appearance. Ricky a huge flirt and a bit sassy and loves shopping, and since Evie was very accepting of his homosexuality, the two became very close friends. Thanks to Ricky the crowds of students faded away and Evie was finally happy, though a certain Leafeon named Isabelle wasn't so willing to to stay away from the pair. Izzy was a more friendly active and athletic individual much different than Evie, not that it mattered in anyway/ Though she did make a few friends here and there she most often hung out with Rick and Izzy, and as a result the trio's friendship blossomed. As her best friends Izzy and Ricky were both very supporting of Evie's dream to become a fashion designer like her mother and Evie was equally supporting of their dreams, Ricky's a famous hair stylist and Isabelle's as a Environmentalist. Ricky often practiced his styling techniques on Evie and an often unwilling Isabelle and Evie often used Ricky and Izzy as a modeling subjects for her dresses, much to Izzy's dismay. Ricky often talked about the different guys in the school and which ones are the best for Evie and Izzy to date, but she was often too shy to follow through with his advice and Izzy just wasn't interested, but Ricky was completely fine with it, saying he would not be happy not hanging out with her as often if she started dating.
     Eventually Evalina's parents began to notcie their daughter's strong dislike for the city and began looking for boarding schools, two in which they felt was best for Evie. The Armonia Institute and St. Mortiel Academy. At the same time Isabelle's mother was also planning to send her to boarding school as well. Evie immediately dismissed St. Mortiel due to it being in a large city and decided she wanted she wanted to tour the Institute before making her final decision. As she and her parents toured the island, Evie fell in love with it, it was so peaceful, quiet and best of all as far away from the city as possible. As she walked around the campus she grew more and more content with her decision to go away for school, the teachers were kind and well educated and the Instiute offered all sorts of activites. When they returned Evie sat with her parents and together they filled out an application for the Institute.

After the hybrid experiment she might be considering evolving possible all the way to a Delphox, but it still will probably be awhile before she makes a decision.

She has blue eyes, and white fingers and toes thanks to her father.

She is more of a tea person, she really does not like coffee, or anything else bitter for that matter.

  Despite being a fire type, she is TERRIFIED of bugs.

Cool with water types, but doesn't like water itself.
