Description
I wanted to do a more dark and somber illustration for burning godzilla (from godzilla vs destoroyah), and this was the result. Decided to try a "comic book" style for the lineart this time around.

I wanted to depict just how much pain godzilla felt in this film. theres no doubt that the poor fella is in a lot of pain and suffering in this burning form since hes literally having a nuclear meltdown, and on top of that he looses his only son to the monster he has to fight later on in the film. As cool as this form of godzilla is, i cant help but feel bad for him.
