What a curious little fellow he was! Everything was new and puzzling, often scary, but always interesting. We thought he acted as if it truly was his first time in the world; some kittens are "old souls", but Honey Bear (RIP) seemed as if he'd just arrived and couldn't quite figure out his body or his surroundings. It's true! When he'd have a~ahem~natural function (whether No. 1 or No. 2), he'd cry and be so frantic till we soothed him and cleaned up the "accidents". It was as if: "What's my body doin'? Am I fallin' apart?!" So, he often had a "deer in the headlights" look.digital camera

He was such an amazing little boy. I couldn't stop taking pictures of this wee creature, and I'm glad that I did. I get to revisit him all of the time, and I get to select the next pictures to submit to share them at DA.
