Yessha~ Kasane Ted and Kasane Teto are my favorite Utauloids. Especially Ted, for some reason. XD; Oh well.
I spent a long time on this. =w=;; A really long time. like, three days. Stupid lineart takes forever when you use the pen/path tool. YES I USED THE PEN/PATH TOOL. FOR THE FIRST TIME. The only thing I did in Corel was the flat color... the rest was done in GIMP. I like GIMP. :3
